Digital copy of a letter sent to the City of Boston in the wake of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings from a wife and mother of police officers. The author is writing on post traumatic stress disorder and how it affects law enforcement. She notes that in the past, "there was never a thought given to PTSD because cops are tough and could deal with anything."
