My husband crossed the finish line at 2:30 PM. I had been sitting the VIP grandstand area with my 7 year old son. We were heading to the family meeting area when we heard the explosions. It didn't register immediately that there was an issue. I looked on my twitter account and saw the first posting which stated that there was a reported bombing…

In Oak having lunch when I heard the first bomb go off. Took a couple of minutes before people in the bar were commenting that people were running away from the finish line. Ran to find my wife and 8 month old daughter that were sitting in the grandstand seats across from where the first bomb went off. Thankfully my family was not injured.

Standing up against the barricade in the VIP seating when the first bomb went off....saw what I thought was glass coming out of the smoke. Started running up Exeter St after the second bomb went off. The most horrific experience I have ever witnessed.
